Reverse Mobility

Reverse Mobility is traditionally a defensive move to allow yourself more time to track down the ball. ┬áHere is a ball machine drill to practise your reverse mobility, remember if the ball is hit in ‘behind’ you as you turn your head look for the ball as fast as you can. ┬áThe quicker you can track the ball the easier your shot will be.
