Warm up your serve by hitting 20 serves side to side, first and second serves, then put your targets up in all 4 corners. Start serving exactly as you would in a match, with this drill you are trying to recreate how you would serve under match conditions, trying to make it as realistic as possible and don’t forget to not just serve and sit there, get your hands on the wheels as quick as possible to be ready for your opponents shot, but remember to still finish the serve properly first.
